6.1 reading a message<br />
Your phone supports two GSM message features:<br />
• SMS Messages—If someone sends you a message, your<br />
phone rings or vibrates and displays Read Now?. Press<br />
O to open the message now or C to close it.<br />
Your phone stores these messages and displays the o.<br />
• Broadcast Messages—If your service provider<br />
broadcasts a message, it scrolls across your display. Press<br />
E to pause it, or press C to delete it.<br />
Your phone does not store these messages.<br />
To view a stored SMS message that you received:<br />

Switch View Displays message text (and closes it).<br />
Chat Opens a chat session with the message author.<br />
Delete Message Deletes the message.<br />
Retrieve Numbers Displays the phone numbers in the<br />
message. You can call the numbers or store them.<br />
Reply to Message Creates a reply message.<br />
Return Call Calls the person who sent the message.<br />
Edit Message Lets you edit, send, or store the message.<br />
Go to Next Message Displays the next message.<br />
Delete All Messages Deletes all messages.<br />
Delete Oldest Ten Deletes the ten oldest messages.<br />
