• Phone Book Menu<br />
Personal Numbers<br />
Find Entry By Name Search the phone book for a name<br />
(enter up to three characters). Select an entry and press<br />
O to see your options.<br />
Find Entry By Location Display an entry matching the<br />
location number you enter. Select an entry and press O<br />
to see your options.<br />
Options for ‘Find Entry By ...’ After you find a phone<br />
book entry, press O to see your options.<br />
Switch View Switches from entry name to details.<br />
Call Number Calls the selected entry.<br />
Modify Name or Number Edit details. (Also see “using<br />
a call group” or “using voice dial” on page 18).<br />
Erase Name and Number Erases the selected entry.<br />
Add/Edit Voicetag See “using voice dial” on page 18.<br />
Add Entry Add (store) an entry in the phone book. (See<br />
“adding an entry” on page 17.)<br />
If you create an entry to store a phone number prefix,<br />
you can quickly dial numbers with this prefix by recalling<br />
the entry and finishing the number.<br />
Check Capacity Displays the number of empty entries.<br />
Prevent Access Block access to phone book entries on your<br />
SIM card, in the phone, or both.<br />
Voice Dialing<br />
Dial a phone book entry when you speak its voice tag (see<br />
“using voice dial” on page 18).<br />
My Phone Number(s)<br />
Displays your wireless phone numbers, stored on your SIM<br />
card (some service providers let you edit these numbers)<br />
Copy Between SIM & Phone<br />
Copy phone book entries between your phone and SIM card.
