Interactive workshops & roadmapp<strong>in</strong>g<br />
process<br />
An <strong>in</strong>teractive workshop concept was adopted for<br />
the <strong>Photonics</strong>21 workshops at the <strong>Photonics</strong>21<br />
Annual Meet<strong>in</strong>g and follow-up workshops. In<br />
these, participants were <strong>in</strong>vited to provide their<br />
<strong>in</strong>put and views, which were then discussed, even-<br />
tually lead<strong>in</strong>g to consensus on each <strong>Photonics</strong><br />
Strategic Multiannual Roadmap section.<br />
Prior to the workshops, the <strong>Photonics</strong>21 Secretariat<br />
had provided all <strong>Photonics</strong>21 work group members<br />
with relevant preparatory material for the photonics<br />
roadmapp<strong>in</strong>g process.<br />
