YEAR, DOVERCOURT HAS FOCUSED<br />

ON DEVELOPING AND EXPANDING<br />

OUR PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL<br />

PROGRAMMING. WE’VE HIRED EXERCISE SPECIALISTS WHO<br />

WORK SOLELY IN THE THE FIELD OF PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL TRAINING,<br />

increased the number of classes we offer for our Moms and Moms-To-Be, and<br />

we’ve given the classes better time slots to coincide with our Kinderkorner<br />

and avoid interfering with baby’s sleep patterns. All our Prenatal and Postnatal<br />

classes incorporate elements of deep core and pelvic floor strengthening<br />

exercises to assist with the birthing process and post-delivery recovery. Come<br />

for a great workout and then connect and socialize with other moms over a<br />

coffee in our lobby after class.<br />
