These Series-3 IMPACTTM TTL programmable<br />

read-only memories (PROMs) feature high-speed<br />

access times and dependable titanium-tungsten<br />

fuse link program elements. They are organized<br />

as 2048 words by 8 bits each, providing a total<br />

of 16,384 bits. The TBP38S 16' has three-state<br />

outputs.<br />

These PROMs are offered with a choice of<br />

Address Access times (dash numbers). These<br />

dash numbers are found in the switching<br />

characteristics table and are included in the part<br />

numbers.<br />

Data is programmed at any bit location with the<br />

standard Series 3 programming algorithm. The<br />

program elements store a low logic level before<br />

any programming, and are permanently set to a<br />

high logic level after programming. After<br />

execution of the programming procedure, the<br />
