CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING The Champagne region lies to the north east of Paris and is one of the northern-most of the worlds wine producing areas. Production is centred around the towns of Reims and Epernay in the Marne Valley. Champagne is a blended wine, made from three grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Product Code Product ABV Size Taste Guide Suitable for Vegetarians (V) Vegans (VE) BR Yves Lallement Exclusive Champagne range Yves Lallement Champagne was originally founded in 1999 by Nicolas Dubois and his wife, Myriam Lallement. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength. They are now the proud owners of 30 hectares in Champagne and 120 hectares in the Loire Valley and have a yearly production of one million bottles. They are based at Villedommange, a charming village in the Montagne de Reims and located just 5 Kilometres on the West part of Reims. The soil consists of chalk and lime. These vineyards, which generally face north and northeast, are planted with a high proportion of Pinot noir vines and produce well-structured, deeply flavoured wines. NON VINTAGE 151885 Yves Lallement Brut NV 12% 75cl 1 Attractive pale yellow colour with golden glints and a good persistant mousse. Dry with an attractive fruity flavour and easy drinking character.
