BRANDY / COGNAC / ARM’ BR Kentucky Old Style Bourbon Heaven Hill Founded shortly after the repeal of prohibition in 1933, Heaven Hill became the largest independent, familyowned producer and marketer of distilled spirits in the United States. Light flowery oak with hints of vanilla on the nose. A light, uncomplicated palate, but with a good balance of spirit and oak. The finish is full with a touch of pepper. BR Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Evan Williams Extra Aged Light golden colour. A big nose with lots of oak, vanilla and a touch of marmalade. Crisp entry on the palate with spicy oak and a light grainy touch. Develops well with more oak coming through, a little mint and apple and then finishing with a rich slightly rustic note and a kick from the spirit. 59
