6.3 Relevant Experience and Expertise of Lead Consultant 30%
The Lead Consultant should provide details of three projects of a similar complexity
and/or nature to that required for the Lighting Project (i.e. external lighting projects for
historic and or prominent civic buildings, such as churches, castles, town halls, city
walls, etc ) undertaken within the last 5 years for which they have acted as Lead
Consultant.
Please note that this section is about the experience of the individual that
will lead the project and not the practice.
6.3.1 Project Summary Sheets
Project Summary Sheets should be provided on a maximum of two A4 pages per
project and should include the following information (at minimum allowable font size
of Arial 10);

Practice Involvement
Project Description
Images of illuminated buildings/monuments/structures
Type of Contract and Duration
Final Contract Sum and details of any overspend or programme
overruns

Grade listing of Buildings (i.e. A, B. etc)
Key Practice staff involved
Drawing on experience gained in the examples provided above the Lead Consultant
should provide evidence of their individual experience in the following areas, by
completing the template below.
