The Lead Consultant must outline their ability to provide an ongoing interface with the Derry City Council and Build Heritage Partnership at a local level and outline the management of the project on a day to day basis, including the construction phase of the works. How will they respond to short notice requests for construction information, site inspections, coordinating/approving site lighting trails/mock ups and attendance at technical meetings. Clarify staff resource commitment to site during construction phase of works. 20 38
