VCE (VET)HOSPITALITY (Kitchen Operations)-CERTIFICATE II (SIT20307)Units 1-4 sequence. A study score is available for this program.ProgramThe qualification is designed to reflect the role of employees who perform a range of tasks in hospitalityestablishments. Students who complete the full VCE/VET program will receive Certificate II in HospitalityKitchen Operations).This can lead to other Hospitality qualifications including apprenticeships and traineeships.Structured Workplace Learning (SWL)SWL is not mandated in this program, however the VCAA strongly recommend all VET students undertake somework placement.
