QUALIFYING AND ELIGIBILITYCriteria for QualifyingAll applicants for RTC ACCESS eligibility mustmeet the federal requirements for Americans withDisabilities Act (ADA) paratransit eligibility. Eligibleindividuals must have one or more of the following:• Disabilities which prevent them fromindependently getting to/from a bus stop orthrough major transfer points.• Disabilities which prevent them from independentlyboarding, riding, and exiting a RTC RIDE bus.• Disabilities which prevent them fromindependently recognizing the correct busstops and key landmarks.
