FIVE-YEAR NOTICES OF REVIEWAND STATEMENTS OF CONTINUATIONWithin five years of an administrative rule's original enactment or last five-year review, the agency is required toreview the rule. This review is intended to remove obsolete rules from the Utah Administrative Code. Uponreviewing a rule, an agency may: repeal the rule by filing a PROPOSED RULE; continue the rule as it is by filing aNOTICE OF REVIEW AND STATEMENT OF CONTINUATION (NOTICE); or amend the rule by filing a PROPOSED RULE and by filing aNOTICE.
