2006, joined the Group Human Resources function in October 2006, marking the beginning a threemonth<br />
transition period. He replaced Bernard Lemée as Head of Group Human Resources and member<br />
of the Executive Committee on 1 January 2007. At that date, Bernard Lemée was appointed as an advisor<br />
to Executive Managem<strong>en</strong>t, in charge of conducting cross-functional assignm<strong>en</strong>ts on behalf of the Chief<br />
Executive Officer or the Chairman. He will in particular contribute to integrating the largest acquisitions<br />
