Three hours.Psychological and sociological attitudes, adjustment problems, sexuality, rehabilitation techniques, placement, familyand social systems implications, programs, and facilities; emphasis on severely disabled individuals. Offered springsemester.BCE 544 Job Development/Placement in Rehabilitation Counseling. Three hours.Provides an overview <strong>of</strong> job development and placement, as well as theories <strong>of</strong> work adjustment. Emphasizes thedevelopment <strong>of</strong> job placement techniques and strategies to enhance employment outcomes for people withdisabilities.BCE 545 Seminar in Rehabilitation Counseling. Three hours.Helps integrate prior course and field experiences and serves as a forum to cover evolving legislation, practices, andconsumer populations. Offered fall semester.BCE 546 Practicum in Rehabilitation Counseling. Three to six hours.Prerequisite: Permission <strong>of</strong> the faculty.Supervised practice in rehabilitation counseling.
