The aquatic ecosystem risks identified in this LAP area are listed in Table 4.2 and discussed in more
detail below for each stressor.
Salinity
Several large horticulture areas (eg irrigation areas near Cadell and Waikerie, Qualco/Sunlands irrigation
area) received a high salinity risk ranking. Horticultural drainage was also a large contributor (along with
regional groundwater discharges) to the high risk ranking for some lagoon (Ramco and Hart lagoons,
