Theseskill challenges are an online interactiveprogram designed in conjunction with thelong term player development principlesthat focuses on the key skills of chipping,putting, driving and iron play.You can track your skill scores online to seeskill improvement and to see how you ranknationally. Top scorers will be eligible tocompete nationally in conjunction with theCN Canadian Women’s Open.Dates:Spring Skills Challenge:Saturday April 23rd at 3:00 pmSummer Skills Challenge:Monday July 4th at 3:00 pmFall Skills Challenge:Saturday September 17th at 3:00 pmLEARN TO PLAY PROGRAMNew to the 2011 Season is the Learn to PlayProgram.The CN Future Links Learn to Play Programis a framework to develop junior playersthrough seven levels that align with thevarious stages of the Long-Term PlayerDevelopment Guide for Golf.This program is designed to expose playersto age/stage appropriate content throughan identified set of core modules that areapplicable to each level of the program.Within each core module is a series ofrecommended areas the participants arerequired to be exposed to as they passthrough each level of the program.In order to progress through each levelof the program, the participants will needto demonstrate that they have reachedcertain benchmarks that have beenestablished.
