As Members and Hosts, our obligation is to ensure OUR Guests are aware ofClub Policies, and that we and they, arrive early for the tee time at the Club to allow forregistration at the Golf Shop.• Guests are persons that have not paid annual membership dues for the current year.• Golf Course Play: once per calendar month for Guests living in the GreaterVancouver Regional District or Point Roberts, 12 times per year for all others.• Members must insure their Guests are properly attired to the Beach Grove DressCode and REGISTERED IN THE GOLF SHOP A MINIMUM OF TEN (10) MINUTESPRIOR TO TEE TIME• A Member accepts responsibility for their Guest’s behavior, Pace of Play, and anyindebtedness their Guest may incur at the Club• Any Guest may play at the Club a Limit of 12 (12) times per year.Members, may invite up to 3 Guests, Junior’s may invite 1 Guest to play with thefollowing EXCEPTIONS:• Weekends and Holidays after 1:00 pm (or at the discretion of the Golf Shop)• Wednesday Men’s Nights, Tuesday Ladies Day.MEMBER - GUEST GROUP BOOKING OPPORTUNITYThe Club has introduced an innovative program that will provide a great opportunityfor Members to once annually introduce up to 15 guests to the club at a single booking.Business, family or social outings of this nature are part of what adds wonderful valueto your club membership. The availability of these special booking opportunities islimited to selected Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Reservations for these tee timesmay be made up to 30 days in advance through the Professional Shop only.All bookings for this program are subject to the following guidelines:• There must be a minimum of one member playing with the group to a maximum of2 members.• The full green fee for each guest is non refundable and will be billed to the membersaccount at the time of booking.
