Women comprise 71.56% of staff in the four racial/ ethnic groups that compriseminority staff, as compared to 63.76% of Caucasian/Other staff in all U.s. <strong>ARL</strong>university libraries. The overall gender balancein the 111 Canadian and U.s. universitylibraries (including law and medical) is 35.35% male and 64.65% female.
