The early registration fee for a member facility covers up to 20 employees for the entire three-day event. The fee includes access to the trade show and educational sessions and two complimentary lunches. Note: The early registration deadline is Aug. 10. Registration Options (see page 43 for fees) l Facility: IHCA member and non-member facilities pay a single fee to register up to 20 employees. There is a $50 charge for each additional person after the first 20. Corporate office employees cannot register under a facility name. l DD 16-bed and under facility: IHCA member DD 16-bed and under facilities pay a single fee to register up to 20 employees for a group of two to four facilities that have the same administrator/resident services director. There is a $50 charge for each additional person after the first 20. Single DD 16-bed and under facilities may register the administrator/resident services director only for $345. This option is not available to a non-member DD 16-bed and under facility. Corporations with multiple CILA sites, please call IHCA offices for registration fees. l Corporate office: IHCA member and non-member multi-facility corporate offices pay a single fee to register up to 20 employees who work only for the corporation and not in a facility. There is a $50 charge for each additional person after the first 20. l IHCA individual member, Long Term Care Nurses Association (LTCNA) member, or physician: Persons meeting this qualification pay $345 to register for the convention. l Exhibitor: Trade Show exhibitors are automatically registered for the convention. l Illinois Council on Long Term Care (ICLTC) member: Facilities meeting this qualification may register at IHCA member rates. l Illinois Hospital Association (IHA) member: IHA members may register at IHCA member rates. Note: Special event tickets must be purchased separately. Become an IHCA member and register at the member rate! Call 800-252-8988 to request membership information. Full payment of the registration fee and special event tickets must accompany the registration form. Online registration is also available. A confirmation notice will be sent by fax or e-mail to the contact person noted on the registration form. The Convention and Trade Show program book, name badges, complimentary lunch tickets, and special event tickets should be picked up at the IHCA Registration Desk in the Peoria Civic Center. Convention delegates must wear a name badge for admittance to educational sessions and the trade show. Cancellations: There will be no refunds after Aug. 24. A 10 percent service fee applies to all refunds. Professional Conduct: Professional ideas and information are exchanged most effectively at the IHCA Convention and Trade Show in an atmosphere free of abuse or harassment and characterized by courtesy and respect. To that end, the Association expects all delegates to conduct themselves in a manner that establishes an atmosphere free from discriminatory practices and sexual harassment. Need Assistance?
