NCDPDhas initiated the activities by placing apool <strong>of</strong> expert manpower at BCDI, Agartalaitself. NCDPD has also started 5 daysskill development training programs,Integrated Design Development Projects,setting up <strong>of</strong> CFC, R & D projects etc atBCDI Agartala with an objective to improvethe skills <strong>of</strong> the artisans, craftpersons andentrepreneurs involved in themanufacturing <strong>of</strong> Cane & Bambooproducts. The design experts have alsostarted providing designs to theentrepreneurs and also helping them inproduction <strong>of</strong> the market acceptableproducts.Activities for Financial Year 2010-11●BCDI- Running & ManagementActivity started in Sept'09, Bambooprocessing machines installed andtrial run conducted.
