This is significantly more than the average of the 9 other industries.<strong>The</strong> difference between small and large firms is particularly evident for web presence: only 38% ofmicro-enterprises have a website, against 92% of the large companies. 34% of enterprises in thissector in the EU-5 use online technologies other than free text e-mail to exchange documents withcustomers.
