Business Description: 3 Sigma is a manufacturer of specialty top coat and
adhesive products for markets such as label converting, business forms,
tapes and packaging. Substrates include a wide range of papers and films as
well as custom security products. We work collaboratively with our customers
to develop unique, high value products that solve difficult application or
processing issues.
Products: 3 Sigma is well known in the label and packaging industry for
products such as Universal Coupon, Sigmature, AnchorSeal and
newsLabels. However, the majority of our products are custom designed
constructions, manufactured to specification or designed by 3 Sigma for
specific applications. We offer hot-melt, emulsion, and solvent based
adhesives in pattern, piggyback, or similar highly engineered constructions.
capabilities: 3 Sigma has four 10”, one 13” and two 20” hot-melt coaters,
30”, 40” and 60” emulsion/water based coaters. In addition we have two 54”
Coater/Laminators capable of emulsion or solvent products and one 54”
emulsion top coater. Finishing equipment includes a variety of slitters ranging
from 42” up to 62” width capability. We have facilities in Dallas, Seattle and
Los Angeles for slitting and distribution to provide a rapid level of supply
chain support.
