Products: Carestream Tollcoating provides custom contract coating<br />

Capabilities: Carestream Tollcoating’s coating machines utilize a wide range<br />
of coating technologies and applications including slide, gravure, curtain,<br />
roll and slot die coating in a clean room environment. Solvent and water<br />
based coatings can be applied on paper, film, cloth, foil and other flexible<br />
substrates from 5” to 74” wide with optional CDT, UV curing, and lamination.<br />
Carestream Tollcoating also offers in-house formulation development,<br />
pilot facilities, optical and photographic quality PET film manufacturing,<br />
solution preparation, analytical lab capabilities and complete converting and<br />

Business Description: For over 80 years, Transilwrap has been<br />
manufacturing, converting, and distributing plastic films for graphic,<br />
lamination, packaging, and industrial applications.<br />
We specialize in extrusion of Styrenes, synthetics, & polyesters. We<br />
extrusion coat Polyolefin based adhesives as well as other Dry Film<br />
adhesives. Recently added is a 63” gravure coating line with aqueous and<br />
UV chemistry for top coat, digital coatings, Hard Coats, and printing. We also<br />
