Polymag® web and sheet cleaners were developed around the tacky roll<br />
(CCR) also known as a particle transfer roll or PTR. This contact cleaning roll<br />
or CCR is an idler roll covered with a polymer that is placed in rolling contact<br />
with a web or sheet substrate.<br />
The CCR is cleaned with plain water and a lint free cloth or a disposable<br />
adhesive tape or tacky tape roll.<br />
Other custom process rolls supplied by Polymag Tek are hand held tacky<br />
rolls adhesive tape rolls for sheet cleaners or web cleaners and high traction<br />
idler roll to solve difficult thin web conveyance problems.<br />
