Business Description: Roll Technology is an industrial hard chromium
plater and precision grinder. We specialize in the complete refinishing of rolls,
shafts, etc., for industry. We perform all precision grinding, hard chromium
plating and custom finishing required to restore used rolls, etc., to original
specifications. We can refinish rolls up to 48” in diameter, up to 200” overall
length, with weights up to 10,000 lbs.
Products: A full range of surface finishes is available, from high Ra matte
and satin finishes to flawless optical mirror finishes at 1/4 Ra or better. We
finish precision coating rolls, applicator rolls and precision calendering rolls
within .00005” TIR and taper finished and shipped in bearings, ready to
install. Will work with customer on specific refinishing needs, or supply new
rolls, shafts, etc., to specifications.
