Florida, Chicago, Massachusetts and United Kingdom.
Business Description: Specialty laminator, coater and metallizer of paper,
paper boards and plastic. Innovators of specialty papers and boards for
brilliant, eye-catching, aesthetic packaging.
Products: Unilustre and Holographic Unilustre metallized paper and
board, foil and film laminations, security papers and boards, specialty coating
and color matching, optically registered slitting or sheeting, barrier and
ovenable boards, susceptor boards and paper.
Introducing UltraLustre an expansion of Unifoil’s non-laminated capabilities
beyond metallized and holographically decorated paperboard substrates to
many types of plastics, including both flexible and rigid. High refraction image
(HRI), hidden image (H/I), and pin stripe security are several items that can
be incorporated to insure security and authenticity. UltraLustre can be
applied selectively: this product is patented and is exclusive to Unifoil. This
process has many advantages over current laminated structures such as
scuff resistant, bond strength, weather resistance and flatness to name just
a few.
capabilities: Laminating paper boards or plastic from 30 lb (2 mil) to 38 pts
specialty 3 ply laminators, holographic and custom registered holographic
images. Specialty mayer rod, air knife or gravure coatings, paper and board
metallization (Unilustre) environmentally friendly non-laminated substrates,
