Description<br />

Usage<br />

The addressconfig command is used to configure the From: Address header. You<br />

can specify the display, user, and domain names of the From: address. You can<br />

also choose to use the Virtual Gateway domain for the domain name. Use the<br />

addressconfig command for mail generated by AsyncOS for the following<br />

circumstatnces:<br />

Anti-virus notifications<br />

Bounces<br />

Notifications (notify() and notify-copy() filter actions)<br />

tine notifications (duplicate() filter action)<br />

In the following example, the From: Address for notifications is changed from:<br />

Mail Delivery System [MAILER-DAEMON@domain] (the default) to<br />

Notifications [Notification@example.com]<br />

Commit: This command requires a ‘commit’.<br />

Cluster Management: This command can be used in all three machine modes<br />

(cluster, group, machine).<br />

Batch Command: This command does not support a batch format.<br />
