clusterconfig<br />

Description<br />

The clusterconfig command is used to configure cluster-related settings. If this<br />

machine is not part of a cluster, running clusterconfig will give you the option of<br />

joining a cluster or creating a new cluster.<br />

The clusterconfig command provides additional subcommands:<br />

Non-Cluster Commands<br />

The following commands are available when you are not in a cluster.<br />

clusterconfig new — This will create a new cluster with the given<br />

name. This machine will be a member of this cluster and a member of a<br />

default cluster group called "Main Group".<br />

- The name of the new cluster.<br />

clusterconfig join [--port=xx] <br />

[] — This will add this machine to a cluster.<br />

- The IP address of another machine in the<br />

cluster.<br />

- The admin password of the cluster. This should not<br />

be<br />

specified if joining over CCS.<br />

- The name of the group to join.<br />

- The port of the remote machine to connect to (defaults to 22).<br />

clusterconfig prepjoin print<br />

Cluster Commands<br />

This will display the information needed to prepare the joining of this machine<br />

to a cluster over a CCS port.<br />

The following commands are available when you are in a cluster.<br />

clusterconfig addgroup — Creates a new cluster group. The<br />

group starts off with no members.<br />
