The primary focus of this course is to teach the overallprocess of troubleshooting. Configure and troubleshoot the different types of SIP call flows used from an SIPendpoint perspective as well as from a SIP trunk perspective. Configure and troubleshoot SS7 links in SAFARI C3. Understand translation and routing table configurations and typical implementationsand how they affect the call processing in SAFARI C3. Use troubleshooting tools to diagnose call processing and translation issues withinvarious call flows. Understand relevant statistics and performance thresholds that can be used to helptroubleshoot issues within various areas.
