The othergroup includes cases which on June 30, 1938, were awaiting eitherthe decision of the <strong>Board</strong> or compliance with the decision and order ofthe <strong>Board</strong>.In addition to the 2,514 unfair labor practice cases awaiting furtheraction on June 30, 1938, there . were filed with the regional officesand the <strong>Board</strong> during the ensuing fiscal year 4,618 unfair laborpractice cases, involving 665,102 workers. Thus, a total of 7,132'unfair labor practice cases, involving 1,370,275 workers, were on thedockets of the <strong>Board</strong> during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1939.Analysis of charges on docket July 1, 1938, to June 30, 1939.—Asstated above, the unfair labor practice cases may include any one ormore charges of violation of section 8 of the act. A break-down ofthese charges is given in tables V and VI. Table V shows the numberof unfair labor practice cases pending before the <strong>Board</strong> and theregional offices on June 30, 1938, with an analysis of the various chargesof unfair labor practices. A similar break-down for unfair labor practicecases received during the fiscal year covered by this report, byregions, is given in table VI.
