F. of L. cases and secured the withdrawal of 28.9 percentof the cases involving these unions. They dismissed the complaintsin 10.5 percent of the C. I. 0. union cases and secured the withdrawalof 30.7 percent of them.• Eighty-eight A. F. of L. cases and 109 C. I. 0. cases were closedby compliance with <strong>Board</strong> decisions during the year.Hearings were conducted in 128 cases involving A. F. of L. affiliatesand in 260 cases involving C. I. 0. affiliates..The <strong>Board</strong> isued decisions in 138 cases involving A. F. of L.affiliates. _This includes decisions in 50 cases based upon stipulations.Of the C. I. 0. unfair labor practice cases on the docket durina thefiscal year, the <strong>Board</strong>issued decisions in 228 cases, 97 being based onstipulations. Thus, the <strong>Board</strong> issued decision in 5.1 percent of theA. F. Of L. unfair labor practice cases and 6.8 percent of the C.
