This program is intended to fund commercial research and developmentprograms, the development of products before and after marketing and marketexpansion. 4.0 PROGRAM: ACCÉS TECHNO PME LOAN PROGRAMAccés Techno PME is a funding program established jointly by the Federal Office of RegionalDevelopment - Québec (FORD-Q) and the Mouvement des caisses Desjardins.
