Urban Youth Loan Fund - provides eligible young people with micro loans between$1,000 and $10,000.This initiative will be available in the summer of 1997 to young people who reside inWinnipeg and Edmonton. They are non-profit corporations run by a volunteer board of directors,supported by a salaried staff. The mandate of the corporations is community andbusiness development.
