(a) Read the "story", slightly emphasising the underlined words.
(b) Read again, skipping the underlined words. Students can fill in the gaps individually or in chorus.
(c) Continue in this way, prompting less and less each time, until they can recite it by themselves.
Berlin is the capital of Germany. It's a beautiful city. Eric is from Berlin. He's a teacher. He's a good
teacher.

Rome is the capital of Italy. It's a beautiful city. Gianni's from Rome.
He's a pilot. He's a good pilot.
