- Let's practise numbers…
IP: Give the student the book, or a photocopy of the chart.
CLASS: Give each student a photocopy. Skip around the group., each can read several items per turn.
Currencies: pounds, dollars, francs, euros.
You might point out that commas are usually (not always) used to divide large numbers.
FYI: British English always uses "and" before the tens. In American English, it’s often omitted .
