Onyx-RAD Professional WorkstationUser ManualThe Toolbars : OverviewMany software applications make use of toolbars to providethe user with shortcut buttons to common functions. Thesebuttons are quicker than expanding a menu from the menubar and selecting the entry. (One click compared tomultiple.) Toolbars are simply a grouping of such one-clickbuttons.Onyx-RAD Professional Workstation makes great use oftoolbars. Almost every function available through themenus has an associated button on the toolbar.It is important to remember that while toolbars increase auser’s efficiency by providing easy one-click access tocommon features, there are so many buttons on the Onyx-RAD toolbar that initially it may seem less efficient. Likeanything else, practice and experience will lead to efficientusage of these shortcuts.
