I/We further certify that in regard to matters relating to security andintegrity of the country, we have not been charge-sheeted by any agencyof the Government or convicted by a Court of Law for any offencecommitted by us or by any our Associates.8. I/We further certify that no investigation by a regulatory authority ispending either against us or against our Associates or against our CEO orany Directors/Managers/employees.9. I/We hereby irrevocably waive any right or remedy which we may have atany stage under law or howsoever otherwise arising to challenge orquestion any decision taken by the Authority [and/or the Government ofOrissa] in connection with the selection of Consultant or in connection withthe Selection Process itself in respect of the above mentioned job ofvaluation.10. I/We agree and understand that the proposal is subject to the provision ofthe RFP document. In no case, shall I/We have any claim or right ofwhatsoever nature, if the Valuation is not awarded to me/us or ourproposal is not opened or rejected.11. I/We agree to keep this offer valid for 90 (ninety) days from the PDDspecified in the RFP.12. A Power of Attorney in favour of the authorized signatory to sign andsubmit this Proposal and documents is attached herewith in Form 4.13. In the event of my / our firm being selected as the Valuer, I/we agree andundertake to provide the services of the Financial Experts in accordancewith the provision of the RFP and the Terms of Reference and that the
19Financial Experts shall be responsible for proving the agreed serviceshimself and not through any other person or Associate.14. I/We have studied RFP and all other documents carefully. We understandthat we shall have no claim, right or title arising out of any documents orinformation provided to us by the Authority or in respect of any matterarising out of or concerning or relating to Selection Process including theaward of the job of valuation.15. The Financial Proposal is being submitted in separate cover. ThisTechnical Proposal read with the Financial Proposal shall constitute theApplication which shall be binding on us.16. I/We agree and undertake to abide by all the terms and conditions of theRFP Document.17.
