They are the result of thegap analysis conducted by the CCDM working group, and the identification of practical and tangible initiativesthat could be adapted and tailored to the specific needs of the individual countries. These are in essence theresponses that would address the deficiencies and enhance the process of integrating CCA and DRR. The CCDMProgramme and <strong>Plan</strong> of Action focuses on those areas that represent the interface between DRR and CCA. Itsimplementation will be at the national level by civil society groups and public and private sector agencies, acrossall sectors, e.g. tourism, agriculture, health, and in a diversity of cross cutting areas.93
