BULLYINGAdministrative RegulationAR 601.2Page 7 of 7In addition, the Principal/Coordinator shall ensure that the bullied student and his/her parent/guardian areinformed of the procedures for reporting any subsequent problems. The Coordinator/Principal shall makefollow-up inquiries to see if there have been any new incidents or retaliation and shall keep a record of thisinformation.Enforcement of <strong>District</strong> PolicyThe Superintendent or designee shall take appropriate actions to enforce the <strong>District</strong>'s bullying policy. As needed,these actions may include any of the following:6. Removing vulgar or offending graffiti;7. Providing staff in-service, student instruction, or counseling;8. Notifying parents/guardians of the actions taken;9. Notifying child protective services; and10. Taking appropriate disciplinary action.In addition, the principal or designee may take disciplinary measures against any person who is found to have made acomplaint of bullying which he/she knew was not true.(cf.
