It is hosted by theThammasat University <strong>and</strong> The Stock Exchange <strong>of</strong>Thail<strong>and</strong>.This year the final round hosted in Bangkok broughttogether 13 MBA <strong>and</strong> graduate programs from 8different countries. The various teams were joint by keyfinancial players, private investors, venture capitalists,educators <strong>and</strong> representatives <strong>of</strong> the R&D community.From India, SPJIMR s team was one <strong>of</strong> the two to getselected to go to Thail<strong>and</strong> for the final round. Manejit Ghatak <strong>and</strong> Shreya <strong>Jain</strong> stood 1st at IndiaCalling - policy paper presentation contestorganized at IIT Kharagpur.<strong>May</strong> 28 - 29, <strong>2011</strong>Won CSR paper competition at BGRC, CEIBS-ShanghaiBGRC conference is aflagship event <strong>of</strong>China-EuropeInternational BusinessSchool (CEIBS) whichprovides a platform toexchange ideas on Navneet receiving award at ShanghaiCorporate Social Responsibility. It is the largest studentorganized International CSR conference in Asia Pacific<strong>and</strong> provides a networking platform for MBA students<strong>and</strong> corporations across the globe to discusscontemporary business challenges <strong>and</strong> innovativeideas which seamlessly combine genuine socialcontribution with pr<strong>of</strong>it generation.The theme <strong>of</strong> BGRC <strong>2011</strong> was Vision in Action withfocus on Social Innovation, Environment Sustainability<strong>and</strong> Corporate Social Responsibility. The conferencewas attended by more than 200 MBA students fromreputed B-Schools across the globe. He was only student selectedamongst 200+ participants from top B-Schools acrossthe globe for delivering a presentation in theconference.
