The negotiating partnerswere never repeated, which made every negotiationall the more interesting.”“Some Learnings of the workshop were:a. Negotiation is about being what you are. Don't evertry to imitate or mock anyone else.b. Remember for every stimulus that you give, youreceive a response. That may be emotional most of thetimes, hence can highly influence your negotiation.c. It is important to give constructive feedback to yourteammates, if you are in an internal negotiation withinan organization.Studying at Wharton Business School was indeed aperspective opening and vision changing opportunity.The interaction with different people was giving usinsight into the way they saw India.
