Other speakers for theevent were Mr. Aniruddha Limaye - Director, GreatPlaces to Work <strong>Institute</strong>, India; Ms. Sujata Deshmukh -Director, People & Change Practice, PWC; Dr. AnitaB<strong>and</strong>opadhyay - Vice President, Learning &<strong>Jan</strong>uary 15, <strong>2011</strong>Development, Piramal Group; Mr. Naresh Mehta -Business Head-Retail Operations-Franchisee-Raymond; Mr. Unmesh Pawar - Senior Vice President,HR, Accenture <strong>and</strong> Mr. Sanjay Muthal - ManagingDirector, Nugrid Consulting. Dr. Keith C D'Souza,Pr<strong>of</strong>essor, People <strong>and</strong> Performance area, SPJIMRmoderated the panel discussion.The key note address was followed by rich insightsfrom all the speakers on the increasing challenges <strong>of</strong>recruiting, retaining <strong>and</strong> building committedemployees with appropriate skills <strong>and</strong> attitudes. Thespeakers also shared research conducted by theirorganizations on how organizations are creating highengagement work environment to build highperformance work cultures.
