<strong>Employment</strong> <strong>Policies</strong> <strong>Manual</strong> 39to remove an employee from the workplace when the presenceof the employee is not in the best interest of the <strong>County</strong>.F. Applicants and employees who are found to have suppliedfalse information on their employment application (falsifiedthe application), may be terminated from <strong>County</strong> employmentand will be deemed ineligible for applying for positions with the<strong>County</strong> for a minimum period of one (1) year. After the one-yearperiod, employment with the <strong>County</strong> will be considered on alimited, case-by-case basis with the determination made by the<strong>County</strong> Manager or designee.G. ResponsibilitiesThe goal of Corrective Action is to correct improper behavior,maximize productivity, and promote efficient and effectivedelivery of services. To accomplish this goal, the CorrectiveAction process requires both employees and management tofulfill the following duties and expectations.1. All employees shall:a. Adhere to the policies, procedures and expectedstandards of performance and behavior established fortheir position and work unit.b. Ensure that they do not deviate from or arbitrarily modifypolicies, procedures and standards without prior consentand approval of management.c. Request clarification if they do not clearly and completelyunderstand the policies, procedures and expectedstandards of job performance and behavior.
