LETTER FROM VICE PRESIDENT PETER BAIGENTEach year we reflect on our accomplishments andacknowledge the many achievements flowingfrom our staff and leadership. This year, I amvery pleased to present the Student Affairs and Enrollmentand Retention Management Briefing Book for2009-2010.Our achievements come at a time of growingfinancial challenge from which the University is notimmune. However, we are guided and strengthened byour enduring values and our continued ability to beimaginative, and engage staff and students whilecontributing to the fabric of our community.The Briefing Book will give you a sense of ourDivision’s work. I hope you will find it to be anhonest appraisal of the past academic year.
