If the 491was purchased through adealer, call the dealerwith the 491 serialnumber so they can helpyou get an RMA number.The 491’s serial numbercan be found on the labelat the top of the 491.If you have overnight or second-day shipping requirements, before shippingthe 491, please call <strong>Northstar</strong> for turnaround time, freight charges,and payment arrangements.The 491 should be shipped only in a properly designed carton with packingmaterial.
