Toavoid serious injury, DO NOT install, clean,service, or repair pump unless all power is off andlocked out.Waukesha Cherry-BurrellEquipment Serial NumberAll Waukesha Cherry-Burrell pumps are identified by aserial number on gear case nameplate, which is stampedon pump body and cover. Gear case, body and covermust be kept together as a unit due to backface, rotorand cover clearances. Failure to do so will damagepump.All ports are covered at the factory to keep out foreignobjects during transit. If covers are missing or damaged,remove pump cover for a thorough inspection of fluidhead.
