Tasks, continued(b) All regulatory databases shall be the most currentones that are available from the source agency.Government information obtained fromnongovernmental sources shall be considered current ifthe source updates the information at least every ninety(90) days or, for information that is updated lessfrequently than quarterly by the government agency,within ninety (90) days of the date the governmentagency makes the information available to the public.The Environmental Database Search Report shallinclude the date the last update was made to eachdatabase by the source agency.ii.Contact Regulatory AuthoritiesEnvironmental Profession shall identify all federal,state, tribal and local agencies with probablejurisdiction over the Property, and shall contact eachappropriate regulatory authority, verbally (throughtelephone or visits) in an effort to determineinformation on existing and/or suspectedEnvironmental Conditions which was not availablefrom the environmental database search, and on SpecialResources. All verbal inquiries will be documented inwritten record of conversation. Both records of verbalinquiries and written requests and responses will beattached to the Phase I Report as part of the Appendix.14
