Comment lines in the config file begin with a # . Other lines contain key words specifyingdevices, CAMAC slots or motor and counter parameters. Key words are followedby a space-delimited equals sign and one or more parameters.The config_adm help file contains up-to-date information about currently recognizedkey words and supported hardware devices. The Hardware Reference section of themanual describes the specific hardware devices recognized by spec and indicates theconfig file syntax required to specify each device.CAMACSlotsCAMAC slot assignments in the config file consist of a module code on the left and aslot number on the right. For example,CA_KS3610 = 2tells the program a Kinetic Systems 3610 hex scaler is in slot 2.The following modules names are recognized by spec. More than one of the modulesmarked with an asterisk are allowed.
