Thisdegree program requires a flexible core of 45 credits: 17 creditsof specific courses plus 28 credits of mathematics electives, ofwhich 21 are upper-level.Candidates who have completed Applied Calculus I and II maythen complete the major degree requirements for Calculus Iand II by completing Calculus II. An appropriately numberedmathematics course in this Catalog that is not specified as arequired major course and is not otherwise restricted, qualifiesas a Mathematics elective.
