The site is not considered to beachievable due to likely requirement to make alterations to the highway requiring works to l<strong>and</strong> in third party ownership.The site consists of a flat area of l<strong>and</strong>, laid to gravel <strong>and</strong> grass.Based on 500m2 pitch sizes (including for internal circulation, residents <strong>and</strong> visitor parking), the site of 0.43ha would have aholding capacity of 9 pitches, suitable for a permanent site.RecommendationThe site should not be allocated due to the impact on the Area of Outst<strong>and</strong>ing Natural Beauty <strong>and</strong> very poor highwaysaccess.
